Maya Angelou is credited with saying "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel". Spot on, Maya. A lot of truth in that. And that is why good design is so powerful.
Think about any presentation you make. It's how you engage your audience with storytelling that really separates a good presenter from a bad one. But if you can marry brilliant storytelling with captivating visuals, then you are on to an absolute winner and the audience leaves thinking that you are a superstar. And visually, setting the tone starts with your very first slide, which is often your logo. And your sign-off represents another opportunity to create a warm, fuzzy feeling that lasts. Too many logos are too static. Just hanging around. Not really working as hard as they could to reflect the energy, passion and professionalism that a company has. Animated logos can work hard for you in creating that positive first impression. The benefit of that is that it is easier to maintain that impression than compensate for a poor opening. Whether at the top and tail of a presentation or video, or as a quick sting on social media, animated logos are one of those assets that every self-respecting marketer should have in their arsenal as a given. And with a little thought and creativity it can communicate one of your key messages, as our one does above. We can deliver an animated logo to you that looks like it has been created in Hollywood, for less than €100. With video becoming an ever more essential component of modern day marketing, a sharp sign-off can deliver a brilliant return on investment.
